Valentina Maltagliatiis Italy's leading expert on elevator pitches and a renowned academic lecturer in public speaking, entrepreneurship, and the psychology of business communication.

With a solid background in law and psychology, he has developed a unique method that combines strategy, neuroscience, and storytelling to help startups, researchers, professionals, and students communicate their business projects with clarity, charisma, and credibility.

For over 10 years, he has been training and supporting thousands of people in academic, corporate, and institutional settings, helping them transform complex ideas into effective messages capable of convincing in a matter of seconds.

They gave her the nickname MissPitch because she has been dedicating herself to elevator pitches for years as a key skill for professional and entrepreneurial growth.

Training

I have a degree in Law and Psychology from the University of Florence, where I still work as a lecturer and trainer.

I specialize in public speaking, elevator pitches, interpersonal communication, impression management, mentoring, female empowerment, and leadership.

What do I do?

I train startups, university spin-offs, doctoral students, and aspiring entrepreneurs to optimize the presentation of their projects to potential investors, incubators, and accelerators. I have collaborated for years with the Florentine University Incubator (IUF) and with numerous public and academic institutions, including:

I am currently an adjunct professor in the Master's Degree program in Mechanical Engineering for Sustainability at UNIFI, where I teach "Project Work on Transversal Skills and Teamwork."

Special projects

I have participated in numerous training, empowerment, and guidance projects, including Busy-Ness Women (Unioncamere Toscana), Next Under 30 (ToscanaIN), an experiential training program on the rugby field aimed at women, and the training of NATO officers on a peacekeeping mission in Iraq.

Courses and Coaching

I award CFU credits in Presentation Skills for PhD students and teachers, I run school-work experience programs in entrepreneurship, and I provide coaching for career and personal growth. I have been a member of the Italian Mentoring Society and I also collaborate with Murate Idea Park as a mentor and trainer.

Author

I am the author of four books available on Amazon: "Elevator Pitch," "Etiquette for Video Calls and Smart Working," "The White Room," and "Tennis Etiquette." Each book is based on my own experiences and my desire to transform communication into a tool for both professional and personal growth.
